Back by popular demand – Wi-Fi (Four Available – $3,000 each):

Promote your organization by providing internet access to the attendees throughout the conference venue during MESC 2016.  Working with Smartcities, we will coordinate the access to first land on a website of your design (e.g., company website, custom site directing people to your booth/demo room/industry session/networking event). There will be sufficient bandwidth for attendees to check emails and general web surfing. The sponsorship will be available on either a daily basis or for the entire conference.

Summary Description of Your Organization:

Included in the section in the conference program that highlight the types of services that your organization offers and/or the sponsorships that you have purchased. This enhancement is available to all sponsors as part of your purchase of a booth, industry session, demo room, poster session food/beverage station, Cyber Café and meals (one per sponsor). The description will include placement of your logo and up to a 100 words.  For example:


Booth Rental (105 Available – $3,000 per booth):1

  • A 10’ x 10’ booth (maximum of four (4) booths per company)

With every Booth Rental Sponsorship:

  • A skirted table
  • Two chairs and a wastebasket
  • One (1) complimentary registration
  • An 1/8 page ad (2.5”H x 3.5”W approximate size) 2,3
  • Your logo in the conference program 2,3
  • Electricity (5 amps per reserved booth) 4
  • Summary description of your organization in the conference program

Demo Rooms (16 Available – $2,750 each):

  • A demonstration room (maximum of one (1) per company) which vary in size but can be generally be arranged to accommodate at least 100 attendees. Other room set-up arrangements may result in additional costs to the sponsor.

With every Demo Room Sponsorship:

  • Summary description of your organization in the conference program

Industry Sponsored Session (18 Available – $3,500 each):

  • A room which will be arranged to accommodate up to approximately two hundred (200) attendees. 
  • Available for one (1) sixty (60) minute session during the conference
  • Rooms will have a projector and screen, but the sponsor of the session is required to supply their own laptop computer

With every Industry Session Sponsorship:

  • A standard description of your session within the program (150 word maximum)
  • An 1/8 page ad (2.5”H x 3.5”W approximate size) and your logo in the conference program
  • Summary description of your organization in the conference program

Meals and Breaks (Food and Beverage Included):

  • Continental Breakfast served in either Halls A/B (Wednesday and Thursday), or in Hall C (Tuesday and Friday): Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday – $7,500 each
  • Buffet Lunch served in Hall C: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday – $10,000 each
  • Session Breaks in the Exhibit Hall (Wednesday and Thursday), and in the Plaza Lobby (Monday Afternoon, Thursday Afternoon) – $7,500 per day
  • Session Breaks on the 3rd level (Tuesday and Friday) – NOTE: Tuesday and Friday only contain two (2) 15-minute breaks – $2,500 per day

With every Meal and Break Sponsorship:

  • Signage on the Food and Beverage Stations
  • Summary description of your organization in the conference program
  • An 1/8 page ad (2.5”H x 3.5”W approximate size) and your logo in the conference program 2,3
  • Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship during the meal

Thursday Poster Session Reception (6 Food and 4 Beverage Stations Available – $2,500 each):

  • Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship during the Poster Session with your logo on the Poster Session Voting Ballot and in the conference program
  • Signage on the food and beverage stations

Cyber Cafe:

  • There is no charge for the sponsorship of the Cyber Café (to be located within the Exhibit Hall). The sponsoring organization is responsible for providing all hardware and manpower to staff the Cyber Café throughout the conference with ten (10) workstations equipped with Microsoft Office, a network printer and paper and toner supplies. In addition, the sponsor must coordinate and pay for all Internet access (bandwidth necessary determined by the conference) and electricity charges.

  1. We are currently working on the Exhibitor Kit and Information Sheet that will give you a listing of deadlines as well other important information.  These documents should be finalized shortly and sent to you via email.
  2. If you have more than one (1) booth and/or sponsorship that includes an ad, the ads can be combined into a larger ad size.  NESCSO must be notified by email at if you plan to combine ads to allow sufficient time for ad placement in the conference program.
  3. We need to have your ad and logo in both .eps and .jpg formats submitted no later than June 19, 2017.  Instructions for uploading your logo and ad will be emailed to the technical contact person listed on your Sponsorship Request Form.
  4. Each Exhibitor will be provided with 5 amps of electricity for each booth reserved.
  5. We will need your final Industry Session abstract submitted no later than June 19, 2017.
  6. We will need the submittal of the 100 word summary description of your organization no later than June 19, 2017.

Payment and Refunds:

Requests will be held for fourteen (14) calendar days upon receipt of the completed request form. An invoice will be sent to the main contact listed on the form. Payment must be received by the invoiced date due and will serve as confirmation of your booth(s), demo room, and/or sponsorship request.

All sponsorship and booth rental fees are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE.
